Alberta Health Form

All vendors who will be selling or giving away food must fill out the Alberta Health Participant Form AND have taken a mini-food safety course. 

FORMS:

1. Please fill out the Alberta Health Participant form and email it to vendors@inglewoodsunfest.com by .  These forms must be in by July 30, 2010.  Any late applications may be subject to fees or may not be allowed to participate in Inglewood Sunfest. 

2. You need to keep a Temperature Record for all food being sold at the Inglewood Sunfest.

COURSE:

All people who will be handling food must complete a Safe Food Handling course.  There are two ways to complete the course.

1. In Person.  Please call 403.943.2290 to find out dates and to register.

2. Online. This course allows you to work at your own pace.  However, it does take up to 3 weeks to receive your food safety card so please complete the course early.
