Vendor Registration for 2012 is now open!  We're happy to announce that we are accepting vendor registrations for the 2012 Inglewood Sunfest.  With 30,000 visitors this festival is growing every year.  There is good foot traffic past every booth and with some room to maneover everyone can make it to your booth.

handmade

COST: $174.99

New this year!  In celebration of buying local and helping build a vibrant Artisan community in this city this category has been newly created.   We are looking for unique goods that you can't get anywhere else.  Whether you are a painter, knitter, or jewlery maker if it's made by you we want you at our festival.  There are a limited number of these booths available so book your space early!

  • One (1) 10'  x 10' space. You may bring a tent to cover your table but it must not exceed the 10' x 10' space;
  • One 8' table;
  • Tables placed in a specially highlighted area of the festival;
  • Your company's name and website will be posted on the Inglewood Sunfest website (http://inglewoodsunfest.com);
  • You will be highlighted as a featured vendor on the Inglewood Sunfest Facebook vendor page.

 

non-profit / charity

COST: $174.99

If your organization does good work for the people in this city we want to have you participate in our festival.  Proof of non-profit/charitable status is required.  

  • One (1) 10'  x 10' space. You may bring a tent to cover your table but it must not exceed the 10' x 10' space;
  • One 8' table;
  • Your company's name and website will be posted on the Inglewood Sunfest website (http://inglewoodsunfest.com);
  • You may be highlighted as a featured vendor on the Inglewood Sunfest Facebook vendor page.

COST: $274.99

COST: $429.99

We love to eat and so do our festival goers!  Be the one to feed the thousands of hungry mouths that come down to the festival.  This category also includes sampling stations for all those fantastic new products you want thousands of people to try.  Discounts are availble for multiple spaces.  Please contact Kaya Konopnicki at 403.829.9175 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All food vendors must also complete a Alberta Health & Safety Application.  Please fax (403-770-8742) or email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) your completed application within 10 days of your application to the Sunfest.  If you fail to submit your application your booth space may be cancelled and your space given to another vendor.

 The application package has been updated this year.  They have also updated their vendor information package so please read through the guide to ensure that your event follows all the guidelines.

MOBILE ACTIVATION

COST: $99.99

Have a mobile street team that you want to send out to our event?  This category allows your street team to wander the festival flog your product to the masses of people that throng the road.  It's a great way to get tons of exposure for a great deal.

  • Access to the festival for your mobile street team;
